This morning we experienced a network performance issue with one of our uplinks. We have re-routed traffic through our other providers while this issue is corrected.
Currently the network is operating normally.

Some of our traffic from Comcast and possibly other Portland ISPs is not getting to our network. We are working to resolve this issue.
Update: All routes are working as of 9PM PST.
Update: According to the latest from Global Crossing they are updating firmware on some routers to fix the issue. They began this process at 1AM PST, Nov 17th.

We will be performing network maintenance on Saturday, September 25th.
You may experience one or more brief interruptions, each less than 1 minute in duration.
Start: Saturday Sept. 25th, 8:00PM PST.
Finish: Saturday Sept. 25th, 10:00PM PST.
The goal of this maintenance is to add additional gigabit network connections to our routers.

One of our network providers (Cogent) will be performing maintenance on their network between 2AM and 6AM PST on 9/5/2010. This maintenance may cause 1 minute of downtime for a small portion of our customers.
