Remote Rebooting

If your server has crashed or frozen and you cannot access it, you can reboot it via our Client Portal.

To do so, login to the Client Portal and click on the Services link.  You should see a list of your servers.  For each active server there will be a Remote Reboot button next to it.  Clicking this button will immediately turn off the power to your server for 5 seconds, and then turn it back on.  If your servers BIOS is configured to Power-On after a power outage, this will cause your server to start back up.  All of our dedicated servers BIOS have been pre-configured with this option.

if a reboot does not fix the problem, or you require console access to your server, please contact us and we can enable a remote VNC connection to your servers console.
